Have the manual taps for individual rotor lift. Most of the time now if say I lift the right side first the left will then lift slightly leaving a bit of grass. Is the tap worn internally?
That's what we did with old krone tedder to switch from headland spreading to folding. Can it not be plumbed into individual spools?

IIRC you can unscrew the male male fittings off the tap and see/inspect the ball gate valve assembly to see if it’s scored etc
Is it lifting on the hydraulics or is the weight of the opposite rotor being lifted pulling the rake over causing it to be lifted slightly?Have the manual taps for individual rotor lift. Tyres are to soft, when you lift one side it takes weight off wheels on other side, leaving grass behind
Are you sureNo definitely not
Would say this is the reason, on individual spools here & when you lift 1 side with the other in float can lift the wheel a bit but misses nothing, with the setup you have the opposite side to what you are lifting isn't in float so can't drop to compensate for the weight. Is it lifting on the hydraulics or is the weight of the opposite rotor being lifted pulling the rake over causing it to be lifted slightly?

The taps worn ours did the same. we ended up getting another tap off a friends machine that was spare. Don’t think we could get the seals for ours at the timeAlso if you lower one rotor doing short work the other one will creep down before I turn the tap to release it.

Now don`t you be a spoil-sport!!Still think it's tyre pressure causing it
Just out of interest why won’t you convert it to seperate spools ?For anyone interested I reckon I have found the issue. The tap on the valve you pull with the rope to fold for transport wasn't returning fully. Likely needs a new spring but a quick tug and release of the rope will do for now. View attachment 975406
