I am in the process of purchasing a Claas Quadrant 4000 square baler. it will be used for paddy straw square baling which we supply for CBG ( compressed bio gas ) to a local plant and to some rice mills as fuel ( burn) for the boilers . The High pressure steam is used by the turbines for electricity and later at low pressure for par boiling the rice.
what are your views / reviews on the baler. most common spare parts required and what to look out for before starting work every morning. The baling season for paddy straw is about 30-35 days so any downtime will be expensive.
