Claas Rollant 255 control box

Hi there
Last season I bought a claas Rollant 255 2008, When I had a full bale made in the chamber the net would go perfect and would make a lovely bale. The control box would tell me the door is open but when it came to shut the door, the control box would not reset and still tell me the door is open. I would turn the control box off after I ejected every bale and turn it back on to reset it. This worked but I want it working properly before next season.
I did a continuity test on the door sensor and all is fine
the hydraulic pressure is not the problem
Voltage isn’t the problem
Has anybody came across this issue before or got any idea what is going on.

Hi yes sorry that’s what I meant by the door sensor. I did a continuity test on that and it was working fine

When you ejected the bale did the control box beep to let you know the bale was out

It would bleep, to tell me when the bale is made, for 5 seconds and then automatically start the netting. The red light would remain flashing and when I saw the net stop I would open the tailgate. When I shut the tail gate the control box remained flashing but not bleeping.

There's a sensor on the bale kicker if that's broke or disconnected the baler thinks the chamber is full and won't reset. The baler has to beep when the bale is ejected , check that first

i threw the box away
ran a wire to net clutch and put a camera on to watch the door

Mine seems to need the box looking at every year at some point. On the plus side, I have this year discovered Mr Horsley at Barton on Sea near Christchurch within 20 minutes drive of me, who has fixed both the baler box and the Kv wrapper box and been most helpful.
