Claas targo steering ram dismantle?

Anyone know how to dismantle carraro steering ram on claas targo?

Want to reseal the ram. I've got the ball joints off and removed the big circlip. But that doesn't seem to do anything and cannot work out how to remove the ram end cap. Parts diagram doesn't help.

Want to reseal the ram. I've got the ball joints off and removed the big circlip. But that doesn't seem to do anything and cannot work out how to remove the ram end cap. Parts diagram doesn't help.

Push and pull the rod to get all the oil out of the ram.

Pull rod out tight against the end cap you took circlip off, knock the end cap in with the rod, do not let there be a air gap between rod internal piston and end cap.

Once end cap is knocked in about 10mm or so you will see an internal circlip, remove that then big copper hammer on rod other side to knock it out.

If you didnt keep the piston tight to the end cap you will have an air pocket between the 2 and it makes job of getting it out very hard as when you hit rod the air compresses and just bounces against piston and end cap goes no where fast.
