Malone wagons are going very well, well made machines , but they don’t have the bigger models yet for contracting , great simple farmers machine.
Haven't seen one in the flesh, but look to be well built, and simple. Is all the isobus and associated electrics really needed on a wagon? Just a stop switch on the rear door that overrides the floor going back, and a light to indicate the knife bank position.

Are Malone still making Wagons ??... someone had said to me that they have stoped producing them, but maybe that’s not true.

I know nothing about wagons, but which are the preferred brands in the race? You don't see many of them around at all, though Strautman, Krone and Bergmann I have seen on the continent. They all look huge, sat on 3 axles and rather expensive.
Plenty of wagons around. Maybe not on your doorstep but certainly in Devon

We do actually! But they are for the alpine market and by contemporary designs, they are tiny. Whether they ever do is a big question. Where would they sell it given the market is mature and 2/3 brands dominate? It’s a bit like big drills. Vaderstad came up with a cracking design and system since then all others have tried to produce the same thing essentially. I would say someone needs to come up with something novel and new in the wagon arena to break into the market.

Well i think a wagon with a v rake mounted on the drawbar would be a good idea for a farmer workin with just 1 machine and limited help

Go back 20 years ago and it was all class balers around here , I remember the local dealer had 20 new class 46 balers lined up with the name of farmers written on them with black markers .
I think thats when the accountants got into claas and started fitting shyte bearings and lightening the rollers.
To be fair to claas, baling wet grass in ireland will be the toughest test on the planet for a baler.

The only downside of that is wetish ground, when you lift the 2nd row you are running in the same wheeltrack again which can sometimes take you down, whereas the fresh ground behind the rake lets you away.
But the rake is another machine travelling on the ground in wet conditions which kinda counteracts that

Here’s one good use for a Claas wagon.
