Cladding a garden shed/seating area

I have made a steel frame for a new shed and seating area in the garden. It's basically a big square frame at the moment. I was going to put 3/4 ply down as the floor of the shed and decking in the seating area. The outer walls I was going to clad in some 6" boards, possibly larch or something. Any suggestions or things to beware of taken gratefully.
