There was a fad for a while to inject exhaust fumes into the soil while working land or drilling, cant remember why but maybe its left over from that system ? I am on BFF and TFF but aint used BFF for ages actually. Hope my article read well, i thought Sandy did a great job.
I meant TFF sorry. Don’t think it was for injecting exhaust fumes as he had a vad box drill but I may be wrong. I enjoyed the article on your tractor very much.

Brilliant job, Spotty Dog, thanks for spending the time with Sandy, he really enjoyed driving your MF 4840 and I was delighted with the outcome of the article. First rate machine. RD

The 4840 article brought back some memories. Myself and another chap drove one back from a dealer in Lincolnshire to Suffolk for a demo. Our lorry collected the dual wheels. We arrived at the farm on a Saturday afternoon. The farmer unloaded the duals and managed to chop a tyre valve off. We agreed to get it fixed Monday morning. We then got a phone call from MF saying another dealer had a broken down 4840 and the demo one was to be taken to replace it[emoji21]. iirc the demo took place the following week. I may have some photos somewhere.

Some would say he's mad but the way new prices are going his kit is going up in value every year. I can't see how all the new kit can be justified.

Even profi is good this month.best one in my opinion for ages and glad the political stuff in the centre seems to have been dropped
Nick...

Profi is good this month , the article on the fastrac was very good , concise, good and bad point all well made and very interesting overall , odd that the operator off the machine was i think not mentioned by name but referred to in the article but if anything the way it was written helped the article very well done to the journalist that wrote it quite refreshing
