New mower ? I hear Class are pushing their machines with easy access to finance.
Is the hay or haylage destined for the equine market ?

It's a new Disco 250 the finance deal is reasonable. It's for haylage and hay from older meadows for horses hopefully, I have a few customers that have it booked from last year. The only problem is making it now.

No, not yet, I'm modern, I like all these new fangled gadgets, like power steering, pitch up hitch and a back window and sometimes even a radio as well

Bit nerve racking - Vicki's just got a new horsebox. 20 miles on the clock, don't think I've ever loaded anything as carefully. Normally I would take it behind pick up.

Her equine neighbour buys a bale of 'haylage' of us a week. (We call it silage .... )

we charge £35 a bale delivered. One at a time. £20 a bale dearer. We do however take it back and replace if it's no good so you have to charge a premium.

Doesn't often happen though.

It is the same pile as our silage though, exactly the same stuff.

That looks a very smart and tidy Sanderson. I have a friend in Kent who makes very nice high dry matter wrapped silage that the sucklers wolf down I am sure that would be very acceptable to a hoss.

We haven't had it that long at all, less than a year. Took awhile to find a tidy / reasonably priced telehandler for use around the yard.

We've tidied her up abit since getting her, bits like the cab trim / seat recovering etc. Suits us well though, for the money we couldn't find anything close.

Had since new been used nearly daily since usually loader stuck on it looks much better with it off
Can guess what farm used to be by state of it,yep livestock.
