What type of cleaner is that Mike?
I have no idea, its a 'looks like it was made by a local blacksmith in 1950' type of thing. Works OK but I wouldn't like to clean more than a few ton a week with it. It's a hopper with a slide to adjust flow. The crop passes through an air curtain to take out light stuff and onto two sieves then out to a bag.
Still that's rocket science compared to the windmill.:playful:

That's just the sort of thing I need for the niche crops I'm growing, where I only get 2 - 4 tonnes of each thing I try. There don't seem to be any about anymore though - I wondered if people still make them for developing countries but unless you want a container full of them off Alibaba.com it doesn't seem to be possible. I take it you found it at a farm sale or something, or inherited it?

And now for something completely different to coin a phrase for the older members. It's a Barromix not many about probably because they are crap. They were OK when there was not much else on the market but the Belle killed them as it actually mixed properly.
Only got it because it was a freebie and a tad better than knocking a lot up a lot by hand.
Honourable mention to the float on the front bar. Maybe not a tractor but it was my father's and I'm a pensioner, it is so worn you could shave with the edge but by goodness it is a delight to use, I have noticed that you pay more for a new 'pre worn' one so like all our favourite 'machines' it is appreciating as we use them.
