I wouldn;'t count myself a snowflake...but by jimminy that outfit would be fun going up, or more pointedly coming down, one of the long 1 in 4s twixt my gaff and the civilised world. Legality isn't an issue. Plod is nowhere to be seen now.
If its rigged up with brakes ,and lights what is the issue with it
With adequate brakes, i suppose it might get down the hills safe enough.....but I very much suspect it wouldn't have the traction to get up em.

The pump turns over by hand but haven’t ran it properly yet, few hoses and valves missing, we had an old pump with the bits we needed lying about but can’t find it now

Its a December 1975 - so must be one of the very last 3000's
600 series came out in 1976

Lot's of new tractors and landrovers in 1975. Neighbour always says it was P for potatoes as it was a very good year to be in spuds

it was one of the last sold in UK as the 7000 series had been launched….. Still makes me smile and I’ve had it since 1992 ( I think)

pete state of fuel filter don’t think it’s had a loving home , came from a black yow hill billy fsrmer in lake district ,
bought unseen only pics from auction
spent a bit of time on it
front wheels. dare not blow them up for fear of them exploding and getting shrapnel from the rust on them
have tee cut bonnet twice and cleaned serviced it , new lights etc , wife said buy a project from money saved from not going out or away for last two years
will be a handy run around when done just radio to put in and it’s having 520/70/30 on back or 13.6/36 are biggest can get under mudguards
