Treating seed today with my 1978 Teague Tipmix cement mixer one of the few things my Dad bought new. Chandlers had it on offer and he got his metric and imperial mixed up so it’s smaller than he wanted however many summers were spent with it on an MF 35 including the 1981 Headlingly Test match when we decided to watch Botham instead of leveling concrete and by the time we’d returned it had set.

If you had to pay a 6 figure some for this classic, would you put it to work?

I wouldn’t, but I still would love to own it.
It is available at the Mathewson's Bangers and Cash November sale if you are interested.
Speak to son Dave “There’s Dad’s way and there’s Dads way” if you are interested.
I did (speak to him) and he is a really great guy.
My son demonstrated a combine for the underbidder on the six figure one in the summer. He told my son if he couldn't get it he was going to make sure it made a big price. He wasn't going to work it he has a private museum.
