Well that’s worn out now and no use to you. Let me take her off your hands, I really don’t mind.

Yes.Where in the world is this Scandinavia somewhere?
We had a 4455 , brought it at 3500 hrs sold it at 7500hrs and apart from service items we never spent a penny on it .Another view , had her from new in 1992, one of the very last 55 series sold in UK, 7000 had been launched and this was left over…..side screens off for some reason View attachment 990840
a treasure?only 23 so don’t think she counts as a classic yet
What make is the beet harvester?Yes.
Have another one also with 9000 hrs on it.
I like the 800/65R32 rear tires that I put into it 5 years ago. Lifting beet 1 bar on both the tractor rear and the 3 row Thyregod lifter with 1000/50R25.
Lighter field work I go down to 0,6 bar.
EZ-Steer on RTK keeps it well on track and it it still not stepping on the next unlifted row.
Video is from last year.
Retrofit assisted steering has really helped to get more out of my oldies...
Thyregod. Made in Denmark. I do not know if they make them anymore as 6 row self propelled harvesters have taken the market. What make is the beet harvester?
I don’t know anything about beet but it looks a good machine.
Will a sugar beet harvester harvest fodder beet without any modifications/ adjustments?
Soon 60,Thyregod. Made in Denmark. I do not know if they make them anymore as 6 row self propelled harvesters have taken the market.
Our harvester is from yr. 2000.
No modifications needed for fodder beet harvest.
But they have also made a harvester that took both the leafs and the roots:
Are the 5110s some special continental things? I always thought a 5610 wasn’t exactly supposed to feel powerful compared to a 46 so what was the reason for a 5110? Never seen one before anyway
The 2000 is 1970,s

When i first came to Kenya the farm i was on had a 5110 it really wasn’t a good tractor very underpowered especially at an altitude of 8000 feet. I also have had a 5610 which again seemed to be numb. I couldn’t see the point of having a 6610 sized tractor with a lower powe rating. I had a 6610 which was great but best of all was a 6410 SQ that was a special tractor. Are the 5110s some special continental things? I don’t know i think it’s personal persception. When you were driving a safety cabbed 5000 you knew when it was working hard.As the cabs got better i think because you couldn’t hear or feel the tractor working then people thought they were weaker than the previous tractor.Interesting. I thought there was also complaints about the 6610 being pretty average hence the introduction of the 64 and 68 as replacements with the generation 3. I understood these went better but never driven any to know.
