Cleaning Pendimethalin stains off a sprayer boom?

My sprayer booms have got a nice yellow tinge to them since autumn herbicide spraying, having done a bit of research it seems I should have sprayed them with something like a oil/diesel mix before spraying to then wash off when I'm done but it's a bit late now.
Has anyone found anything that will get the stuff off without removing all the paint as well? I've tried scrubbing with Fairy liquid, no luck, and petrol on a washing up sponge, it started to come off but so did a nice blue tinge of paint so I stopped pretty quick. Anyone got any suggestions? I don't mind putting in a bit of elbow grease if needed if something will get it off. Has anyone tried BASF Neutralize?

Have you tried a very strong solution of TFR? Got the ratio a little off once when washing trailer after chicken poop.. there was green water running off it down the yard
