Never encountered this strain myself, hard quarters or very clotty mastitis? Synulox 100ml over 3 days more often than not clears bad mastitis up here.

We've had over 2 years of C N S mastitis, scc jumps all over the place from sub 60 to over 700 on consecutive pick ups with out finding any clots, same with NMR tests, have done a herd test and found cows over 15 million and did it again 4 days later and the same cows would be in double figures, all subclinical, our mastitis would be resistant to penicillin which has limited cure rates, Leo yellow worked well but isn't made any more, using ubrolexin with average results, we cull anything which doesn't cure, as have worked with the vets and they have spent a fair chuck of my cash with quite a lot of them making no differences other than costing money or time ( clusters flush and pre dipping made no difference after 18 months use) , have gone back to treating every cow at dry off with Cepravin ( which has helped as every cow not treated had CNS), hairy udders were a problem too, had days like you of using boxes of tubes and feeling like wasn't getting anywhere, vets did think our Johnes and TB were knackering our cows immune system which alouded CNS to get in, hopefully have turned the corner.

Jaysus that sounds like a complete nightmare and I'm sorry to hear it.

Plain Water?? 🤔
Or have you linked up a pressure pump to some pera in a tank or bucket?

(This was a question for Jimmer by the way !!)
Not at that farm now, but we had a dosatron pulling 0.05%peracetic through that pipe
Although just plain water would be nearly as good and what we use here now occasionally when needed
