coccidiosis

Hi
Just bought 15 ewes and 12 ewe lambs. Put them in the quarantine field and took some fecal egg counts.
FEC have come back with loads of oocytes (2500 per gram).
Does this show a high level of coccidiosis? And what is the best way to treat them.
Not keen on putting them in with the rest of flock until we have sorted the disease risk.
Thanks for your help.

Baycox should reduce shedding over Vecoxan but unlikely to make much difference. Might be non significant but if brought in I'd do them
