They were the ones trying to get in the vent I reckon scary looking bunch they were :nailbiting:
The chimp was quite nice (y)
When Dad was in hospital with low blood sodium last year at least most of his hallucinations were farming related (weed seeds blowing across the floor, cobwebs, a stuck quad bike, trespassers in the field outside) :)

I'm not sure what yours say about you :D

Sorry to hear that you're so uncomfortable :(

Can you get comfortable day in an armchair?

If they told you to rest, do it. A procedure like yours going wrong doesn't bear thinking about.

Get some pillows brought in. Use them to move the pressure points around and it may help. Never enough decent pillows in a hospy.

I got put on bed rest fairly long term some years ago and I found the best position was semi upright, not laid flat and not as upright as you'd be in a chair. Use lots of pillows to make an angle you're comfy with, rolled up blankets will do if you don't have enough pillows. Just be careful you do move enough that you don't end up with sores. Don't be brave, if you're hurting and you've been given painkillers, use them. If you haven't been given them, speak to the doctor and get some. There's no sense in being miserable as well as sore. The 3 weeks will pass, take care of yourself.

Ok now, no pain
just been trying to catch up with work
went to hospital for a check up about a month ago he was really pleased with it he couldn't believe I stopped taking pain killers 3 days after I left hospital, hard old bugger I am LOL no I just don't like taking them and they didn't seem to do much good anyway
got to go in tomorrow for final check over breathing exercises etc.

must say how good the NHS has been, both times I was in hospital they were great

Also you find out who your friends are lots of offers of help from folks

didn't need them to much because @farmerclare :love:was so great at keeping things running around here despite troubles her own, not sure what I would have done without her :love:
