OK now thanks for asking, went in on Monday and they said all the air was gone now so I can go flying and scuba diving again
I asked if there was anything I can do to prevent it happening again and he said give up smoking which I don't do anyway so in other words nothing, if it keeps on happening he said the can glue my lung to the inside of my chest which sounds a bundle of laughs
So will just have to hope

That's great that you're ok. Just remember to be careful. I know of one guy who kept getting these, one day he was just sitting in the bath and felt it go . He almost had his own named space in the hospital car park!

I don't know. The standard of workmanship these days. You would think the garage could have done a decent puncture repair the first time....

Do they do 'run flat' lungs these days.....
