Odd thing being away from here for a week [well just under]
that's the longest I have been away by some margin for 25 years
thinking about it its probably the first time for 40 odd years that a tractor hasn't been used on this farm for a week

see how much I love to travel :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Seriously - take it easy. Do not lift things, or push thing. Be gentle with yourself or you will be back to the beginning, which I am sure you will find more than frustrating. The body is a wonderful thing and will heal, but it does need a bit of help from you by not doing much. Sleep is the best medicine for many things. LISTEN TO NURSEY! ;)

My longest holiday was 16 nights off the farm and just like your getaway as also spent in hospital. :banghead:

They done tests while I was there and they found out I have COPD and Ankylosing Spondylitis which can both contribute to this happening

I can't like either of those items of news..
One of those nursey outfits could benefit your spine though ;)

Bleady hell Henarar . That's awful news for you and farmerclare.
Hope your doctor's can get you on the best medication available to help with both conditions promptly.

You have Cost Of Production Disease? :scratchhead:

I think a lot of farmers have that. Bossfarmer will be after you telling you that you need more subs! Others will be telling you to reduce your inputs.

The vaguely sensible amount us  will be telling you to take it easy and get plenty of advise at an early stage. Make sure you keep smiling, see the funny side of life and don't let things get you down.
