LOADING & UNLOADING:
A Tractor & Loader are available to assist unloading sale items and loading sale items on the Monday and Sale Day.
DIRECTIONS:
From Junction 27 of the M5 proceed west on the A361 North Devon link road signposted to Tiverton and Barnstaple. After a short distance take the 1st exit signposted Sampford Peverell, turn left at the 1st roundabout and straight over the mini roundabout following signs to Sampford Peverell. Go through Sampford Peverell and and just after the village turn right signposted Uplowman. Follow signs into Uplowman and then follow ‘To the Sale Signs’ to the sale field.
ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES:
The sale field will be open on Monday 16th September from 8.00am to 6.00pm; and on Tuesday 17th from 8.00am up to the start of the sale. All vendor’s are required to fill in an Entry Form at the sale field if they have not already done so.
VIEWING:
On Monday 16th September from the afternoon to 6.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 8.00am onwards.
VAT:
Please note that a number of the entries received are subject to VAT at 20%, details of each lots VAT details will be announced at the time of sale.
REFRESHMENTS:
Mobile Catering will be in attendance.
CLEARANCE:
All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and must be removed by 5.00pm Friday 20th September
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
The Vendors and Stags will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending the sale. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. We cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property.
