A Tractor & Loader are available to assist unloading sale items and loading sale items on the Monday and Sale Day.

DIRECTIONS:
From Tavistock take the A390 signposted Gulworthy, continue on this road until you reach roundabout. Take the right turn on the B3362 signposted Lamerton, continue approximately ¾ mile and the sale field is just behind The Copper Penny Inn on the left hand side. ‘To the Sale Signs’ will be posted locally on the sale day.

ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES:
The sale field will be open on Monday 26th June from 9.00am to 5.00pm; and on Tuesday 27th June from 8.30am up to the start of the sale. All vendor’s are required to fill in an Entry Form at the sale field if they have not already done so. Click here for entry form

VIEWING:
On Monday 26th June from the afternoon to 5.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 8.30am onwards. Please note that entries will be arriving up the start of the sale so may not be at the site on the day before the sale.

VAT:
Please note that a number of the entries received are subject to VAT at 20%, details of each lots VAT details will be announced at the time of sale.

CLEARANCE:
All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and must be removed by 5.00pm Friday 30th June 2017.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added plus VAT will be charged on all lots £2,000 and under.
