@itsintheblood went. Said the combi clamp made £1550 + buyers premium so very close to new money. Don't know what anything else made.

Loads of cheap stuff about, sort of sale it would have been dangerous to go to with a empty trailer and open chq book.

Didnt take it, or the trailer, I can't trust myself around cheap tat

Just tagged along with itsintheblood to scope out the combi clamp........and people watch

Modular pen set up curved forcing pen , race with gates and drafter , I think went for 2.5k
Soon went after that as it took them from 10:45 - 2pm to sell 350 lots

Well I have bought one and used it for first time today dosing shedding ewe lambs and crutching ,lambs flowed well considering there first time , when my little helpers came home from school the speed you could put sheep through
Crutched out a good few and my back is good

Waiting on weight frame and when all together weighting lambs will be a breeze

Dead chuffed ,why did I humm and haw for years

Rather than a combi clamp we just got a Perkins drenchmaster race- cheaper and more mobile

How have you found the drenchmaster...........have you managed to work it in to allow crutching?

Haven't done much crutching but it works well for tagging drenching jagging marking

Used a Drench Master while scanning the other day. Managed to scan and drench at 600 ewes per hour. I was pretty impressed with how it worked.

I dont know, never used a combi clamp, besides i was the one doing the scanning.
