You can put all the price easing down to government intervention of one shape or fashion , yep harvest has started in the northern hemisphere and we will have plenary of grain …….. for a couple of months

on the other hand a couple of massive stores locally which the big merchants filled up over the last few years are basically being emptied as we speak.

I don't know if my feeling is backed by fact, but from now to UK harvest is often a lacklustre time to sell grain. In the years I remember when it wasn't, there was quite a bit more to come.

If you believe that to be true then sell 1m tons forward at todays price, for sept "delivery" and buy the 1m tons of stock market grain to cover it when its worthless in August...... easy way to make about £300m. Somehow i dont think you would do it, and you dont really believe it will be worthless, or even much lower than it is now.
