So if a lot of milling wheat gets knocked back because of low protein, will this pressure feed price and increase the milling premium?
Doesn’t seem to be the case at the moment with merchants ringing me desperate to supply feed mills.
But I’m not selling anything for a few months now. The feeling I get is supplies are tight all round and we will see an upward price correction soon. Present prices artificially low in my view.

I thought there was a harvest glut? Every mill round here is stuffed up as far as I understand it.
