Big wheat crop coming this year I’ve sold 3/4 of mine for January rightly or wrongly
What happened to the USA being in a big mess re flooding and planting ?
USDA report seems to ignore all that ?
In some areas I can see this will be the case but look at the bigger uk picture and flat crops / weather in the north and Scotland seems to be doing a lot of damage
Most of what we have cut so far that looked amazing has turned out predictably average !
Anyone had results on quality milling wheats ? I can see a lot won’t make the grade if harvest stays as wet as it’s been so far

So is the latest report fake thenDidn’t look fake when I was in Illinois this year - a lot of it was underwater and after I left it only got worse

If there’s that much unplanted a lot must have been poorly planted.

Is there still a premium on malting barley over feed north east region
USDA has a history of suiting agenda IME and not always turning out to be accurate
However as a earlier post pointed out the USA is a BIG place
