Surprise, surprise. The loads all tipped into an 8000t store weds/thurs last week, asked the drivers as they returned if they were ok, 'yes they were fine'.....

Get 7 emails today for 7 loads claiming between £2-4/t for either protein at 12.86% or moisture at 15.2% etc.

The whole things a racket, the rest of the loads that went in and got slung on the same heap will have equalised it out.
Not cool. I have had issues with that home in the past.

Why do you think they keep building sheds ?
When I say they I mean other folk as well, other colour trucks tip into there own stores as well.

They should notify you of the claims with the option to have the corn back to your farm before they tip it
They should also only pass on claims if they are truly a merchant
A lot of so called merchants are in-fact end users and they make up the deductions scales to suit themselves

All mills know the store location, the distance from the mill, and the hauliage cost home. So they are "doing you a favour" in even tipping it.

Just sold a load of feed barley for £117. Can't be arsed to find the sad face thoroughly fed up and upset smilie face emoji thing.
Turned down £127 at harvest cos I thought that was a Sh!te price. Ho-hum.
