Didn’t look, had two different Wains lorries here today. First time they have been here but have to say I was impressed by a slick organisation with good drivers.
Wheat was heading to Devon in the Holsworthy direction ?
I’ve been quoted £162 ex fir July this morning.....obviously I’m not in the @An Gof social circle !

?
Social circle!? Well his wheat could be in the same social circle as yours if its heading to Devon!
Its only a measly £6t more than yours though!
I wonder if An Gofs first name is Tom!? ;)
They tried to get one over on each other, my favourite cartoon!:ROFLMAO:

Cheaper haul for me to a Holsworthy destination than @Jerry but he has the advantage that he’s only a short haul from ForFarmers at Exeter and Cullompton is only a short hop up the M5 ?

I spilled last week at £168 ex, soft feed into local mill.
I am less optimistic of seeing £185 before November than I was three wks ago, got 200 ton that will be in the way all harvest, will prevent me cleaning the shed out, will mean having to put new crop in unsuitable shed and move it again, etc.
Oh, and cash is king, and any upside on what is a good chunk now is by no means guaranteed.
I shall either be right or wrong....

usda reduced corn acres by 5m
still need a big weather problem to erase corn surplus
rallies still need selling in to as there is no world wheat shortage

Mmm thoughts please all.
