over committment would cost far more than missing out on a higher price so dont look back its not good for your health but then im one of those old fashioned guys who dont sell till i know what ive got other than a bit on a much maligned pool to ensure cashflow .Might not be the modern marketing way but im not going to take notice of some spotty faced kid straight out of uni with a degree in f all and no skin in the game other than a monthly salary and a target to meet
