Does anyone have a current price for feed oats? What should I charge locally? Bearing in mind that barley delivered here is £200.
Thanks
Oats is generally seen as the poor relation compared to barley. I would try 150 to 180 depending on competition. Demand for feed lasts till May some years and good for a partial substitute for ewes when milking. How much is ewe grub?

Feed barley £175 today, low N malting last Thursday £175-180….. will need to up their price if they actually want it.
Malting was £185 is it back? I don’t think they are that bothered though as most seem to have easily filled their stores this year. Even talk of one buyer rejecting a lot of loads this past week.

May futures I bought a few pages back are £10 up to £202.50 - the question is add a trailing stop loss £5 below leaving £6 /t profit on existing futures held worst case then maybe double up and buy more with a £6 stop loss ? I can't lose as only gambling profit to date but is there more in this market now ? certainly, feels like it right now ?

Not sure about the £250 predictions but I don't think £220 May is a crazy aspiration now the way prices are going ?

You could have gained 6% on Barclays shares in the last 5 days .
Are you trying to tell us that you fancy a career change ? :D
Markets are events led but the question is what's the next
event likely to be and will it be positive or negative to commodities.
