I won’t load holiday & weekends.
Why ?
Because the haulage is more so the risk is higher with no reward.

Should there be a reward say £5 then I would load weekends.

Tbh it won't be a problem for you Scots as you're next to be negotiating a leave deal, although Krankie may find the terms quite rough. English devolution next.

We rarely got paid more for delivering on weekends and holidays and I will load any time within reason. My reasoning being, if I expect a 24/7 service at harvest I should try to offer it at other times.

Slight exaggeration but a lot of the contract wheat goes out on a very similar basis. Direct sale no merchant.
