Combine 9780 tailings slip

Tailings just fills up nothing I can do. ( why why why )
Belt / chain paddles look fine are fine. What do I need to check

Check where it exits that it isnt clogged up with sticky stuff from damp OSR for example.

I’ll checked the top of the drum in the middle where it drops it out that was clear. I haven’t checked top of the elevator but I have to un block it at the bottom and that full Monitor said it’s full so could be not passing it to the top auger may be ??

Things to check. Fan air intakes clear / bottom sieves not partly blocked / clean grain tank elevator.

Always start at basics, so has the top sieve shaken open , or the bottom closed.
Is the fan up to speed?
Is the drum right shut pushing a lot of short straw through?

It is though most likely muck, soil, rape seed mush, blocking somewhere.
Either tailings elevator inlet or outlet, or built up over the bottom auger.
Possibly just building up on the panel feeding the trash into the tailings auger

Not found any thing yet. Clean every where . I’m Going to try closing top sieve and closing concave. And thrash it More.

just a thought check not a key sheared on drive sprocket and ok when empty but slows down and then stops

Problem solved with tighter concave and sieves.
