Combine adblue delete

I have been having niggling problems with adblue on the combine, changing the filters seems to keep it going but on its third lot this year, and I have flushed the tank twice. Got a re-mapping man in the area next week and thinking of having it deleted.
Has anybody got any views or experience of this? New holland cx 5090 2014
Thanks

Me too on my CX 6080 which shares the same engine as yours. Never had any issues till this year.
After about 1 & 1/2 hours combining, this message appears

I press ignore, then a couple of minutes later I get something like this (3yellow boxes with a picture of an engine with a line through it,

and this

I just keep pressing OK and carry on. Eventually, I end up with 1 yellow box and then I stop the engine and I get another message saying Healing, Operate the engine at full speed and load. Eventually, the only message I get is the one above. If I stop the engine again now, all the messages and boxes disappear and it is back to normal.

The dealer says it is crud it the tank and to get it as low as possible, drain it, flush it and change the filters. I have run it over a week and the tank is still 1/4 full.

The best thing I find to do is to stop the engine every hour. This then backflushes the filters and you don't get any of these messages come up. I clean the windows while it is stoped and then carry on for another hour.

At no point has the engine ever actually gone into Torque limitation.

Is this what is happening to yours?

I have a "poor quality adblue" warning and then the torque limitation warning. If your combine is newer it may have a flushing mode built in. I think mine just purges the pipes when I switch of. I have drained half a tank of adblue to flush the tank and it didnt improve. APH have been helpful ( considering Im not a customer!) they tend to not delete the adblue, but worked through changing filters and flushing via a laptop on any problem combines.

There are two tiny in line filters just below the dosing unit which need changing, apparently make more difference then the main one.

No, mine is a 2011 machine 1st use in 2012. But stopping the engine every hour seems to do the trick. No time has it ever said, poor quality AdBlue.

I hope so. When I get down to 2 bars, I'll get the dealer to drain and flush the tank, then change those filters, They say it is a tricky job and things can easily get broken if you don't know how to do it properly.

@Two Tone , did you get sorted? mines been fine for a week, but today i topped up adblue and its back to square one, or worse because its gone into limp mode and will not do anything. Called New Holland dealer at 5.15 and nobody answers and no out of hours contact!! I think I need their laptop to get out of derate?

I had the same adblu symbol in the bottom left corner last year, started this year and it wasn't there however it I noticed it today, no warnings pop up and nothing about adblue pops up. It doesn't threaten to derate so have just been carrying on. The filters were changed last year
