It hasn’t done as yet, but about to try againDoes it manually level with the switch on the back of the joystick? As above I’d learn the end stops to start with. It does tell you how to do it in the book.

I would say mouse damage, possibly take the small white guard off the header where the wires go into the header. It’ll be full of awns and muck but worth a lookView attachment 975788

There’s damageIt will be the sensing bands and or the bar. Make sure where they attach to the rotating bar under the header the lugs they are bolted to aren't bent or the bar is bowed/twisted, or both. It happens when reversing with the header down in working position as the bands dig in to the soil and snap the chains. Had it happen a few times in fields with soft loamy soil.
I hadn’t found that switch on the back of the joystickAs said above check if it moves with the toggle switch on back of joystick, check header sensors, learn end stops, check the sensor that is attached to the right hand horn on the elevator trunking and make sure it says 50 when the header is level
I wouldn’t worry too much about that yet, more than likely it’ll be eaten wire some where. If you open the guard on the nine drive end shine a tourch down you might be able to tell if it’s had fury friends inView attachment 975790
Bit of damage here, bar not running straight

Hanging bracket in not great order either, looks like a trip for spares in the morning
It smells like it has, but can’t see any damage down that channel, did find a broken wire right hand side, but that went to the reel sensor. So rodent damage a possibility thenI wouldn’t worry too much about that yet, more than likely it’ll be eaten wire some where. It’s needs sorting to get the bars to work as they stuck up every time I drop the header, but that’s LHS of the header, sensor issue is RHS according to CebisThat’s not too bad, seen it running fine with worse damage than that. I don’t think it’s the cause of the problems

Unfortunately yes, I would still look behind the multi connector on the header first you may see more of the loom in the headerIt smells like it has, but can’t see any damage down that channel, did find a broken wire right hand side, but that went to the reel sensor. So rodent damage a possibility then
Looks like damage half way down, it’s full of chaff etc in there, can see a bit of conduit chewed so looking like it’s the problemunfortunately it’s a sod to check all the wires as little option other than disconnecting everything and pulling it all back through. String on the ends so you can pull it back and take plenty of photos so you get the connectors right.
I’ve done it and it’s not fun. If you end up having it rewire anything the tread it through blue plastic pipe trick does seem to reduce rodent damage.

Have fun. Thanks everyone for your input, will update as soon as I know for definite.
You move the switch and that same toggle does the vario headerI hadn’t found that switch on the back of the joystick
That makes sense now with the rocker switch on the console. I now understand the drawing in the bookYou move the switch and that same toggle does the vario header
Had the same with ours. Just one wire chewed through that caused the error.Looks like damage half way down, it’s full of chaff etc in there, can see a bit of conduit chewed so looking like it’s the problem [emoji53][emoji36]
