I still think a mistake and the ha price was taken as acre price then converted to ha. Naac prices are an extremely rough guide, especially for cultivating and drilling as there are a multitude of machines doing different levels of work eg conventional drilling they list as vaderstd/sprinter which are totally different to a plain tine drill. Sorry gone off topic £4/ac plenty I would think not sure on extra fuel use per ha?
