You southerners must be cutting
We have liquid sunshined our tower w/barley
Was told by the elders that there was going to be one sunny day on the 22/7/16
So i have booked it with the big man in the clouds
Serious note
Finally got agronomist here Monday and he couldn't believe it
He said two three days sun it would be ok to combine but gonna spray off odd wheat/oats in it leave 7-10
Short on straw but pickle looks ok and 18-23 head two row so yeald should be ok hope for 7-7.5 to many rabbits on headland
Gamekeeper cannot shoot straight and we not allowed.
And I Am up north as in cumbria
Not the sunny east or south

I think the west coast has had much more sunshine, wife's family is from Kendal and they had much more sunshine in May and June than we did. It was lovely every time we were over

Heard of a few starting to get their noses into some wb. Seen one sample off some gravel which had died and it looked s*hit, but first bits always are.

My missus goes that Way to work and said they'd been once around the headland on Monday, a friend who lives in easton said they had heavy rain yesterday afternoon so they must have cut it today.

Started today. Average yields so far and it looks like rice, 62.3 specific weight.

Surely before mentioning "certain" farmers starting you should be certain they have started ?
Are you certain you can tell the difference between a combine and a forager ?
I am certain that a certain farmers combine still sits in a certain shed, and that he has certainly had certain fields at Morley foraged :p:p:p

Being a certain distance from a certain persons field, does a certain person have a reason as to why a certain person has had his field foraged at what sounds like a very late stage of maturity?
