Comfy boots ...... again.

Spending all day on my feet is getting sore. A few times after a long day I've woken up the next morning and my feet are tingling and still sore.

Definitely no dealer boots so Redbacks etc are out, I already have a pair for normal day to day stuff.

Looking for a high leg lace up, ideally with side zips and must be safety toe.

I dream of a safety boot with the lightness and comfort of a trainer, tried Dunlop safety and the sole was nice a soft but just the wrong shape for my foot.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I had some Trojan boots a year or 2 back, Lace up with side zip, very comfy and fairly light, swapped to dealer boots now as i cant burn the laces on them [emoji16]

I've got some DeWalt Titanium (a just a name, there's no titanium in there!) and they're great, feel just like walking boots. Not cheap compared to some but got to be worth it for the comfort, as long as they last a while.

Thanks for the advice, I've seen a couple of high lace up boots on Strauss that I'll order to try, also looking at Red Wings
For the moment I've a pair of gel insoles and a pair of memory foam insoles that I bought when Sports direct was closing down about 6 years ago .... one of those "These will come in handy one day" moments.

@Agrispeed I bought a pair for my Dad when I was in Oz and he says they're fantastic but they're not safety boots.

@Agrispeed I bought a pair for my Dad when I was in Oz and he says they're fantastic but they're not safety boots.

Mine are, but I'm not sure what they are. They're quite heavy, but have a very good insole and are quite bouncy, so you don't notice it so much.

I use womans gel sport insoles in my wellies, as they seem to be the most comfortable . They are bright pink though...
