Grain prices here last week were surging ever higher along with fertilizer prices,now with the announcement of the new variant the stock market is falling. Tomorrow will tell if commodities follow this sudden downturn. Personally I can’t see any reason for them to drop, if anything investors might see food as a safer bet to make profit from. What everyone’s opinions on where prices will go.

Commodities are safer than shares in volatile times ? I guess new covid variant could make import / exports harder ....... if so that will push UK markets higher in theory as we nee to import
