complicated toxo question

I enquired about the toxo vaccine for this years yearlings and the lead time was 3 weeks for delivery.

This would have taken the vaccine to two weeks pre tupping (supposed to be min 3 weeks before tupping) so I’ve not bothered.

The rest of the flock were done last year after a Toxo outbreak.

I‘m not losing any sleep.

When we had it in one group as shown by blood tests it resulted in a higher number of empty ewes at scanning rather then abortions near to lambing or dead lambs. Fortunately the tups with this group were still there at scanning. 🤫 Vet said the empty ewes would have immunity so I kept them and had a good crop of lambs in May/June:LOL:
I had a bunch of sheep a couple of years ago that all the yearlings where empty. I left the tup in and the lot lambed by August. My bad management paid off that time. 😂
