The Logitech is the one to have, they are not cheap if you want 1080p resolution and a half decent microphone in it. These units are a lot higher quality than the usual integrated camera you will find on lower end laptops and they need to be if you intend to do skype calls or the like. I have one and have don collaborative working with mine and even a couple of interviews. Well worth the £80-90 asking price in all honesty.
The more basic version is about £25 but it will be a big difference between that and mainstream units, mine for example is an older model but still has the wide angle Zeiss optics.
