went into MVF today for a few bags of 18% creep pellets , £9.10 a bag , o_O which is £ 364 T
best stuff from forfarmers is only £300 T (prestige) in bags , finisher is £265 , anyone else have price for a decent creep

bagged feed is expensive, but I had a look at the ingredients when the rep came round - 10% soya, I haven't found anything near that locally.

I suppose its the old adage 'you get what you pay for'

whats 100% soya now 350t ? paying a fair bit for the cereal/ bulk fraction , I have been using a fair bit of alka wheat so far , recon i will get tonne of soya to go with it instead , and mix in some for farmers prestige pellets

just been on phone to forfarmers , had 3t of lamb finisher about 6 weeks ago was about £240t (sent bill for 280 but thats another story ) i asked what it was now , was told £310,!! barley is cheap at moment , so no doubt looking at finished prices cashing in , unless rep got it wrong

Tell them to shove it up their arses that’s way way too dear. They don’t bring prices down so much when finished price is on its backside
