Ordered beef blend from Carrs last week. Barley based, 14%CP £263 Asked about ewe nuts. Rep said they weren’t keen on releasing prices until after new year! that doesn’t sound good

The thing is they will have most of there tonnage forward bought (if they don’t there stupid as cereal prices were only going 1 way) so they will know exactly what ewe rolls are going to cost.

That seems a good price at the moment.I dont think it will stay at that.

The rep didn't make any promises when I quizzed him as to how long he would hold that price. Fingers crossed it holds for atleast the next load, or two

I bought 1000L of Downland Eweliq16 (via local Rumenco rep) a few weeks back, delivered in a free ibc, at 52ppl. I haven't bothered pricing DB, as their liquid prices last year were already way out...

I can't handle an ibc, just have big tank, so need it put in it, not many options up here. Bar Dennis

I got quoted 47p for downland, DB where 55p (I think) because I wrote it on a kennel ticket that seem to have been misplaced.

I agree it doesn't look the best but I used it before and it did the trick and I can't argue with the results my brother has . Will put a copy of the ticket up when it arrives

He still does as well, cheap feeds isn’t ufas registered. Never bought any of the blends but heard some tales. I bought cake waste from him for a while until he lost the job, tremendous for feeding geld cows, chocolate icing and buttercream filling. I had the fattest jack russells in the county
