Concrete access slope ,what is acceptable?

We are just about to lay an access point for the cows to enter their new house , they will have to go up and down a ramp and I wonder how steep the incline is acceptable for the farm assurance audit ?
We have asked them and they have offered no answer!
So I am asking for your opinions :)
Thanks

I have just put a 10ft wide ramp up from my shed extension to the collecting yard .
It drops the height of a 1.5m panel over a 35ft length , i wouldn't want it any steeper , but it's fine and the cows have no issues

I was hoping for a gripping but scrapable finish as I don't want to be having to get the hand scrape going to much with step's .
We shall see how it shapes up next week :)
Thanks
