I have just laid the concrete slab for a shed base and now want to install the concrete panels for the walls Which I want to seal as it’s for a workshop. How soon before i can fit them and what sealant should I use? The beams will sit on the slab but can be fitted without driving on it, cheers

Sika panel sealant is very good but you will have a job getting the panels up if you use it underneath them, its dear if you buy it from local.builders merchants, but better from the net, most panels we have bought have been delivered with some tubes and a gun

Have seen some people set panels on to a bed of mortar to seal them at the floor. If the floor isn't dead level you could end up using a lot of sealer to fill the gaps.

Floor has been power floated so will hopefully only need a smear of sealer, like I say should only be a temporary wall, cheers

these panels have already done service on the last shed, do seam to think they came with mastic in a sausage which needed a special gun, cheers

Yes that's right the sausages of mastic need the correct gun to apply it (highly recommend an electric sealant gun)
