Concrete building

Morning,
I’m looking at enclosing the sides on this concrete building but as the pictures show the concrete is in poor condition. Not all of them are bad some are in perfect condition but I’m after some advice on Wether it would be up to cladding with z purlins and box profile sheeting and maybe 2x 1m high concrete panels 100m round the bottom it’s only for storage so no grain or anything. Any comments and advice appreciated

Thanks

What’s the roof like, I spot a few holes...I’m looking at refurbing/replacing a building to let out and the main cost really is the cladding. I think steel frames are relatively cheap, there comes a point when new shed is the sensible option and one that will last 50yrs plus. Not sure doing good work on shed with possible limited lifespan is worthwhile.
There are cash implications though obviously.

The cladding and rainwater goods look potential handling/disposal issue, so be careful there!

I'm with BRC on possibly throwing good money after bad? Also might be worth future proofing with some composite cladding in case you ever want to rent it for commercial?

Not just saying this as a supplier of buildings....lol

note: Be mindful that steel and cladding prices are moving up steadily currently so whatever you decide best to move asap.

Good Luck
