been wondering this also, have a couple of ex silage barns where the top of the concrete has been eaten away, would an epoxy be tough enough to withstand grain buckets/pushers ?

I have concreted two silage pit floors where the original concrete was eaten by the acid. 3 inch of C45 on top of the original (washed spotless) concrete has worked perfectly. Laid in the winter in one slab so a slow cure etc.

Seems to be overly selective who he works for. Have tried calling and left messages and not bothered to respond so assumed he’s to busy.

Maybe he's just too busy. He did a job here, and was spot on.

Yes, 3 inches only, maybe a little deeper where there was more concrete corrosion at the joints for example. No fibres. No rebar. No mesh. They are only needed to cover up unsuitable preperation or to compensate for hot weather and therefore much too short cure times.
