Concrete price

Anyone had a load of concrete lately?how much would a 6m load of C40 be.

Had 2 loads last week. PAV 2 (not sure how that compares to C40) £95 / cube. Structural fibres an extra £25 / cube. Used for yard infront of buildings. No livestock

Not sure, but I think C40 will have more cement in than PAV2.
PAV2 contains air entraining additive which prevents frost spalling especially if deicing salt being used

Pav2 is equivalent to a C30 strength wise...just its air entrained

Yep going to crush it next week,going to use it in another shed and might concrete it as well.

C40 = £82 per m3
Pav2 is closer to c45

No it was in a shed that burned down and we have built a new one over it.

I have always been told it’s C30-C35 in strength

I was talking to a Tarmac rep recently about it, they reckon it's closer to c45/50 now.

I would believe it, its one of the 2 concretes that I wouldn't handle with short sleeves or no gloves. Pav2 and c40, dc2

How much would this be a day? And what's the likely output?

Only ever used a 2019 McCloskey j45 but it looks a different animal to this.

on clean concrete he said he was doing 250 to 350 ton a day,
he came in for me and done 140 ton of blocks concrete etc ,600 quid
