Concreting mid tier

Those who have done concreting work under the mid tier scheme have you applied for planning to do so? Got a fair bit to do and says in agreement that appropriate planning consent must be submitted with claim.
One area we are doing is replacing Existing concrete which has broken up two other areas are currently stoned.
Dont want to give them an excuse not to pay once we have done the work!

Yes, you have to provide evidence when you apply for mid tier that you have either applied for planning permission or you need an email/letter from your planning officer saying you don’t need planning permission.

I think it’s a relatively new condition, probably because of people jfdi. Just trying to put some through as permitted development as seemed to be the easiest option to tick the box.
