I wonder what the point of listing contact details for TFF is, if no one answers? I have over a couple of weeks twice e mailed requesting to remove a post that I thought better of since, but never got any response. If the policy is not to remove historic posts fair enough, but it seems reasonable to me to enter into a discussion or explain why? Is there another way to communicate that I am missing ......

Not sure where you emailed (Maybe info that I don't check myself), but my personal email is in my signature and you can always phone the office on 01543 396770. Always happy to get a call from a TFF member - if an email or emails have been missed can only apologise. We have a new permanent member of staff starting in November, which should help.

report your post and it will go into the moderation q where someone will deal with it

TFF gets a huge amount of emails, calls, and PM's every day, we try to get through them all but resources are limited

ok thanks for replies I will try via those routes. I just used the "Contact us" box at the bottom of this page but I guess they got lost in the melee.
