Intending to plant winter Barley with the 750A into this mat of chitted and Glyphosated Barley volunteers (sprayed off 3 weeks ago); am I likely to see any toxin effects from the decaying Barley volunteers? Thanks

I would be very cautious. You are providing a host for net blotch.

I have done 3yrs continuous dd spring barley having chopped the straw on heavy land and the net blotch in yr 3 was horrific.

It might be different if you have baled the straw as there is less of a host but you do have the decaying material.

Proceed carefully!!

we got 4 years into continuous winter barley this year on one block, it has now gone in with OSR. it was full of ramularia this year, looked pretty bad. it is an experiment I will not be repeating. this was not no-till though, just conventional min-till (disc, subsoil, disc, tine drill)
