Contracting charges for combine harvesting

I use the NAAC Contracting prices as a guide to set prices for the contracting work we do. For harvesting there are prices for combining cereals @ £92.96/ha and then it mentions:

– Extra for straw chopper on combine £45.33/ha (18.34/acre)

This seems way too high! How much extra is sensible for chopping wheat straw? Has anyone worked out cost of fuel and wear of chopper bales etc.?

TX36 tank can do between 75 to 85ac on 450 l of fuel (5.3l ac at best), chopping cereals at 1.5t ish of straw per ac that drops to 50 to 60ac (7.5 l ac at best) plus loss of daily output

Paying £30/ac including fuel and chopping if required for a 35ft NH9.90 rotary.

£35/acre for swathing. Add £2 for chopping. Charge by the hour if you are waiting for trailers. That's a scary cost per hour for going slowly...
