It’s going to be specific to every implement as so many different things vary, from the connection plug onwards, it would be an original manufacturer part only.
A lot easier to go the other way as everything meets one standard.

If you have an implement in mind, I’m sure you could do it with some programming knowledge but unless you did it yourself it would be extortionate.
There was a bloke on here IIRC who used an arduino to tap into an MF tractors canbus to retrofit headland management, but I imagine Isobus to be even more complicated, if inly because you would need to develop graphics etc that fitted on the screen.

There’s a number of companies that do retro fit kits depending on what you want to convert. I’ve an rds isobus retro fit kit on my seed hopper, I’ve seen raven kits on sprayers. I think Trimble do a universal implement ECU
